Research on key Technologies of Special Influence Quantity Test Fixture for Multi-Branch Electricity Meters
Abstract
This paper addresses the issue of measurement inaccuracy in multi-branch electricity meters during actual operation, caused by special influence quantities such as inter-branch electromagnetic interference, phase-to-phase voltage differences, and phase loss. It conducts research on key technologies for test fixtures. Based on an analysis of the structural characteristics of multi-branch electricity meters and the mechanisms generating special influence quantities, the detection methods for inter-branch influence, phase-to-phase influence, and phase loss influence are clarified. A test fixture based on a 0.02-class electricity meter verification device is designed, capable of simulating the actual operating conditions of multi-branch electricity meters, enabling independent regulation of currents in each branch, and detecting variations in electricity measurement errors under different load conditions. This fixture effectively resolves the detection challenges associated with special influence quantities in multi-branch electricity meters, providing crucial technical support for electricity metering supervision and equipment support for the implementation of national standards for multi-branch electricity meters.
