Theory-Practice-Virtual Learning Model of Spoken English Based on AI and OBE

This study presents an innovative English-speaking learning model based on OBE concept and AI model in the context of virtual reality. The study focuses on developing a personalized English-speaking learning system. The system integrates three core modules: speech recognition, speech evaluation and personalized learning. The study results reveal that the platform significantly enhances learners’ sense of immersion experience, strengthens the development of learning ability and optimizes the efficiency of the learning process. This advancement provides new momentum for experimental teaching reform in the background of smart education.
