Abstract

On 'Galaxy' platforms like 'Galaxy Europe' , many tools and workflows can run directly on a high-performance computer. 'GalaxyR' connects R with 'Galaxy' platforms API and allows credential management, uploading data, invoking workflows or tools, checking their status, and downloading results.
