Abstract

Tools for simulating and modeling traffic flow on road networks using spatial conditional autoregressive (CAR) models. The package represents road systems as graphs derived from 'OpenStreetMap' data and supports network-based spatial dependence, basic preprocessing, and visualization for spatial traffic analysis.
