Abstract

The research makes use of collaborative edge cloud computing, lightweight cryptographic mechanisms, and energy-efficient design principles to create a scalable, secured, and sustainable platform for IoT-driven health fashion applications. The proposed framework uses smart textile sensor nodes, edge computing gateway nodes, blockchain-enabled secure database management system, and cloud computing along with AI-based analysis tools. The emergence of IoT technologies and its seamless integration with smart textiles has made it possible to introduce an innovative healthcare fashion system. The zero trust security model is utilized to facilitate device authentication, device-to-device communication security, and secure data storage. In order to make sure that the system is sustainable, the proposed approach considers low-power communication standards, adaptive energy consumption schemes, and environmentally friendly fabrics for smart clothing. The performance assessment factors for the system include energy efficiency, latency, throughput capacity, scalability metric, and resilience against various security threats that can pose challenges to IoT networks, including spoofing, denial of service, data intercepting, and so forth.
