АНАЛІТИЧНА ОЦІНКА РОЗВИТКУ ЗОВНІШНЬОЇ ТОРГІВЛІ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ВІЙСЬКОВОГО СТАНУ

Статтю присвячено аналітичній оцінці рівня розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі України в умовах військового стану.Методологічною та інформаційною основою роботи є матеріали періодичних видань, Internet-ресурси, наукові праці, статистична інформація державної служби статистики України за 2020-2024 рр.Розглянуто основні наслідки введення умов військового стану в країні для формування перспектив розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі.У статті проведено статистичний аналіз показників зовнішньоекономічної діяльності України за 2020-2024 рр., серед них: обсяг зовнішньої торгівлі товарами (експорт, імпорт, зовнішньоторговельний баланс, коефіцієнт покриття імпорту експортом, сальдо); сезонно скориговані щомісячні обсяги експорту та імпорту товарів; регіональні обсяги зовнішньої торгівлі товарами; географічна структура зовнішньої торгівлі товарами з країнами ЄС; частка найбільших торгівельних партнерів України з експорту та імпорту товарів.В ході виконання аналізу стану розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі визначено динаміку індексу сезонності коливань експорту та імпорту товарів.The article is devoted to an analytical assessment of the level of development of Ukraine's foreign trade under martial law.The methodological and information basis of the work is materials from periodicals, Internet resources, scientific works, statistical information of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for 2020-2024.The main consequences of the introduction of martial law in the country for the formation of prospects for the development of foreign trade are considered.The article conducts a statistical analysis of indicators of Ukraine's foreign economic activity for 2020-2024, including: the volume of foreign trade in goods (exports, imports, foreign trade balance, export-import coverage ratio, balance); seasonally adjusted monthly volumes of exports and imports of goods; regional volumes of foreign trade in goods; geographical structure of foreign trade in goods with EU countries; share of Ukraine's largest trading partners in exports and imports of goods.In the course of analyzing the state of development of foreign trade, the dynamics of the seasonality index of fluctuations in exports and imports of goods were determined.The features of the formation of regional volumes of foreign trade in goods in terms of regions of Ukraine and exports/imports are considered, the distribution of volumes of foreign trade in goods by geographical structure in 2020-2024 is characterized.Particular attention is paid to the dynamics of the share of Ukraine's largest trading partners in terms of exports and imports of goods in 2020-2024.The study of the dynamics of foreign trade volumes of Ukrainian exports and imports for 2020-2024 allowed us to identify not only the main problematic issues (the growth of the negative foreign trade balance), but also positive changes, which were reflected, first of all, in the increase in the volume of foreign trade turnover at the end of the period
