СТРАТЕГІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕКОЛОГІЧНИМИ ІННОВАЦІЯМИ АГРОБІЗНЕСУ

Посилення екологічних викликів у сільському господарстві, зумовлених кліматичними змінами, деградацією природних ресурсів та посиленням регуляторних вимог, актуалізує потребу формування нових підходів до управління розвитком аграрних підприємств.У сучасних умовах екологічні інновації поступово трансформуються з окремих природоохоронних заходів у стратегічний чинник забезпечення довгострокової економічної стійкості, конкурентоспроможності та інвестиційної привабливості агробізнесу.Водночас результативність їх упровадження значною мірою залежить від рівня інтеграції екологічних цілей у систему стратегічного управління підприємствами, узгодженості управлінських рішень та довгострокових цілей соціально-економічного розвитку.У статті зосереджено увагу на розкритті та обгрунтуванні стратегічних підходів до управління екологічними інноваціями агробізнесу з урахуванням принципів ESG, які поєднують екологічні, соціальні та управлінські аспекти сталого розвитку та формують нові критерії оцінювання ефективності діяльності аграрних підприємств.У процесі дослідження застосовано методи наукового узагальнення, систематизації та порівняльного аналізу наукових підходів вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених, що дозволило виявити тенденції трансформації наукових підходів на екологічні інновації та їх роль у забезпеченні стратегічної стійкості агробізнесу.У результаті дослідження систематизовано адаптаційно-регуляторний, ресурсно-ефективний, інноваційно-конкурентний та ESG-орієнтований підходи до управління екологічними інноваціями, які відображають еволюцію управлінської логіки від реактивного дотримання екологічних вимог до системної інтеграції екологічних інновацій у стратегію розвитку аграрних підприємств.Доведено, що комплексна інтеграція екологічних інновацій у стратегічне управління аграрних підприємств на засадах ESG створює передумови для підвищення їх економічної стійкості, зниження екологічних та інвестиційних ризиків, формування довгострокових конкурентних переваг та забезпечення відповідності вимогам сталого розвитку.Отримані результати можуть бути використані при формуванні стратегій розвитку аграрних підприємств та вдосконаленні практики управління інноваційною діяльністю в агробізнесі.The intensification of environmental challenges in agriculture, caused by climate change, degradation of natural resources, and the strengthening of regulatory requirements, actualizes the need to develop new approaches to managing the development of agricultural enterprises.Under modern conditions, environmental innovations are gradually transforming from individual environmental protection measures into a strategic factor ensuring the long-term economic resilience, competitiveness, and investment attractiveness of agribusiness.At the same time, the effectiveness of their implementation largely depends on the level of integration of environmental objectives into the system of strategic management of enterprises, the coherence of managerial decisions, and the alignment with long-term socio-economic development goals.The article focuses on the disclosure and substantiation of strategic approaches to managing environmental innovations in agribusiness, taking into account ESG principles, which combine environmental, social, and governance aspects of sustainable development and form new criteria for assessing the effectiveness of agricultural enterprises.In the course of the research, methods of generalization, systematization, and comparative analysis of scientific approaches developed by domestic and foreign scholars were applied, which made it possible to identify trends in the transformation of scientific approaches to environmental innovations and to determine their role in ensuring the strategic sustainability of agribusiness.As a result of the study, adaptive-regulatory, resource-efficient, innovation-competitive, and ESG-oriented approaches to managing environmental innovations were systematized.These approaches reflect the evolution of managerial logic from reactive compliance with environmental requirements to the systemic integration of environmental innovations into the development strategy of agricultural enterprises.It is proven that the comprehensive integration of environmental innovations into the strategic management of agricultural enterprises on the basis of ESG principles creates prerequisites for increasing their economic resilience,
