Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of logistics support for grain exports from Ukraine under martial law and the transformation of traditional export routes. The relevance of the study is driven by the growing role of the agricultural sector in ensuring national economic stability, as well as by the need to adapt logistics systems to new geopolitical, infrastructural, and security challenges. The purpose of the article is to examine current trends in grain logistics development, identify key threats and influencing factors affecting export processes, and to formulate a practice-oriented algorithm for the development of agricultural logistics infrastructure during wartime and post-war recovery. The study analyzes the monthly dynamics of grain transportation by rail for the period 2021-2024, which made it possible to trace the adaptive mechanisms of the grain business under conditions of restricted access to seaports and changes in logistics flows. It is established that despite significant infrastructure damage and increased logistics costs, the agricultural sector is gradually restoring damaged facilities, expanding elevator capacity, and developing alternative export routes. The results indicate that in 2023-2024 approximately 1.9 million tons of new elevator and transshipment capacities were commissioned in Ukraine, while total grain storage capacity reached about 41.4 million tons. The article substantiates the main factors contributing to the normalization of trade logistics, including the restoration of maritime transportation, increased capacity of railway and border crossings, and enhanced coordination with international partners. The structure of grain exports and imports by modes of transport is analyzed, and the key importing countries and largest exporters of Ukrainian grain are identified. The practical
