УПРАВЛІННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНО- ІННОВАЦІЙНИМ ПОТЕНЦІАЛОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА: ПОЛІТИКА, ІНСТРУМЕНТИ ТА ПОКАЗНИКИ РЕЗУЛЬТАТИВНОСТІ

У статті здійснено теоретичне обгрунтування науково-методичних підходів до управління інвестиційно-інноваційним потенціалом підприємств аграрної сфери через формування їх інвестиційно-інноваційної політики, добору інструментів її реалізації та систему показників оцінювання результативності.У роботі уточнено сутність і складові інвестиційно-інноваційного потенціалу аграрного підприємства як об'єкта управління.Обгрунтовано логіку формування інвестиційно-інноваційної політики та вимоги до її реалізації в аграрній сфері.Систематизовано ключові управлінські інструменти, придатні для забезпечення розвитку інвестиційно-інноваційного потенціалу підприємства.Визначено систему показників для оцінювання результативності політики та ефективності управлінських рішень у інвестиційно-інноваційній діяльності підприємства.Доведено, що реалізація інвестиційно-інноваційного потенціалу аграрного підприємства потребує підсилення внутрішніх передумов: управлінських і технологічних компетенцій, цифрової та організаційної зрілості, якості даних і аналітики, інноваційної культури та здатності до кооперації з технологічними й фінансовими партнерами.The article provides a theoretical justification of scientific and methodological approaches to managing the investment and innovation potential of agricultural enterprises through the formation of their investment and innovation policy, the selection of tools for its implementation and a system of performance assessment indicators.The paper clarifies the essence and components of the investment and innovation potential of an agricultural enterprise as an object of management.The logic of the formation of investment and innovation policy and the requirements for its implementation in the agricultural sector are substantiated.Key management tools suitable for ensuring the development of the investment and innovation potential of agricultural enterprises are systematized.A system of indicators is defined for assessing the effectiveness of the policy and the effectiveness of management decisions in the investment and innovation activities of the enterprise.It is proven that the implementation of the investment and innovation potential of an agricultural enterprise requires strengthening internal prerequisites: managerial and technological competencies, digital and organizational maturity, data quality and analytics, innovation culture and the ability to cooperate with technological and financial partners.The investment and innovation potential of an enterprise should be interpreted as the aggregate ability of a business entity to initiate, select, finance and implement innovative solutions with measurable economic results.For agricultural enterprises, such potential is formed not only by financial resources, but also by the quality of managerial and technological competencies, access to data and analytics, the state of the material and technical base, the ability to
