ЦИФРОВА ЛОГІСТИКА ЯК МЕХАНІЗМ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

У статті досліджено теоретичні та прикладні засади цифрової логістики як механізму трансформації бізнеспроцесів підприємства в умовах діджиталізації економіки.Обгрунтовано її сутність та визначено роль у забезпеченні інтеграції матеріальних, інформаційних і фінансових потоків, а також узгодженні функціонування ключових підсистем підприємства.Узагальнено наукові підходи до трактування цифрової логістики, ідентифіковано ключові чинники та напрями її впливу на трансформацію бізнес-процесів.Систематизовано ефекти впровадження цифрових технологій, зокрема підвищення ефективності, зниження витрат, прискорення операційних процесів і зростання клієнтоорієнтованості.Розроблено концептуальну модель цифрової логістики як інтеграційного механізму функціонування підприємства.Обгрунтовано практичну значущість отриманих результатів для формування цифрових стратегій розвитку підприємств та підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності.The article explores the theoretical and applied foundations of digital logistics as a mechanism for transforming enterprise business processes in the context of the digitalization of the economy.It is substantiated that in modern conditions digital logistics acquires strategic importance and acts as a system-forming element of enterprise management, ensuring the integration of material, information, and financial flows, as well as the coordination of key subsystems, including production, marketing, finance, and customer relationship management.Scientific approaches to defining the essence of digital logistics are generalized, and its distinctive features compared to traditional logistics are identified, particularly a higher level of business process integration, management automation, and the use of advanced analytical tools in real time.The study identifies key external and internal factors influencing the development of digital logistics, including the growth of the digital economy, the spread of digital platforms, increasing competition, the level of digital maturity of enterprises, and the availability of technological and human resources.The main directions of business process transformation are systematized, such as the automation of logistics operations, digitalization of managerial decision-making, platformization of activities, and the enhancement of customer orientation.The effects of implementing digital technologies in logistics activities are summarized, including increased operational efficiency, cost reduction, acceleration of information processing and logistics operations, improved transparency, and enhanced flexibility and adaptability of business processes.A conceptual model of digital logistics as an integration mechanism for transforming enterprise business processes is developed, reflecting the interconnection between the digital environment, technological tools, logistics activities, business processes, and enterprise performance outcomes.
