Abstract
This research has practical implications for policymakers, banking institutions, and social program implementers, offering a comprehensive approach to strengthening financial inclusion and operational efficiency in crisis-affected regions. The results underscore the potential of agent banking as a strategic tool for both economic resilience and social support, ensuring that financial services reach populations otherwise excluded from the traditional banking system.Additionally, the study emphasizes the importance of institutional coordination and public trust in ensuring the long-term viability of agent banking models. The findings may also serve as an analytical basis for further empirical research on adaptive financial infrastructure in post-crisis recovery contexts.
