Abstract

The article summarizes and develops the theoretical and methodological foundations of logistics support for business entities under conditions of turbulence and external threats, manifested in increasing economic instability, disruptions in supply chains, intensified logistics risks, and resource constraints. It is substantiated that in the contemporary environment logistics support should be considered not as a set of isolated operations, but as an integrated management system of material, financial, and information flows and interactions among supply chain participants, aimed at ensuring resilience, adaptability, and continuity of business activities in an unstable economic environment.Within the framework of the study, the key characteristics of logistics support for business entities under conditions of turbulence and external threats are systematized, among which adaptability, flexibility, resilience, integration into the overall enterprise management system, and risk orientation are identified as decisive. It is argued that the combination of these characteristics creates the prerequisites for timely adaptation of logistics decisions to changes in the external environment and for minimizing the negative consequences of crisis phenomena.A structuring of logistics support by strategic, tactical, and operational management levels is proposed, which makes it possible to align long-term enterprise development goals with current managerial decisions and to ensure controllability of logistics processes across different time horizons.A conceptual model of logistics support for business entities is developed, reflecting the interrelationship between external threats, logistics management levels, and enterprise performance outcomes, in particular the enhancement of resilience, reliability, adaptability, and recovery capability after disruptions. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of their application in the formation of adaptive logistics strategies, logistics risk management, diversification of supply sources, optimization of logistics decisions, and enhancement of overall business resilience under conditions of turbulent economic development.
