Петик, к. е. н., доцент, доцент кафедри фінансів, грошового обігу і кредиту, Львівського національного університету імені Івана Франка ФІНАНСОВЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ТА ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ФОРМУВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ РОЗВИТКУ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО-КОМУНІКАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ЦИФРОВІЙ ЕКОНОМІЦІ УКРАЇНИ In the work of information and communication technologies are highlighted from the point of view of a combination of modern gadgets, computer networks, communication means and modern digital technologies that help to find, store, process, systematize, use and exchange information for a specific purpose.It is argued that the use of ICT in various sectors of the economy will help to increase the efficiency of the functioning of business entities, the state, households, non-profit organizations, budgetary institutions, households and other institutions by automating various processes of production and sales of products, provision of services, implementation of projects, a significant reduction in the time for conducting business transactions, a relative reduction in communication costs while simultaneously improving the quality of the information exchange channel, increasing the accuracy of calculations and forecasts, strengthening competitiveness, accelerating the pace of socio-economic development, etc.
