СТРАТЕГІЇ ВІДТВОРЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ

Метою статті є обґрунтування стратегій відновлення економічного потенціалу підприємств у контексті європейської інтеграції.Висвітлено теоретичні, методологічні та прикладні аспекти формулювання стратегії.Узагальнено та систематизовано різні підходи до концептуалізації економічного потенціалу, розглядаючи його як динамічну, відкриту систему, здатну до адаптації та трансформації у відповідь на інтеграційні зрушення.Визначено впливовість гармонізації нормативно-правової бази, технологічної модернізації та інституційних реформ на відновлення потенціалу українських підприємств.Аналіз економічних тенденцій за 2015-2024 рр.засвідчив невідповідність між інвестиційною діяльністю та інноваційним розвитком у процесах відтворення та економічного зростання.Здійснено комплексний аналіз основних стратегічних підходів орієнтованих на розвиток інновацій, інвестицій, ресурсоощадності та інтеграційної стратегії у процесі відтворення економічного потенціалу підприємств.Обґрунтовано практичні рекомендації підвищення ефективності впровадження стратегії з сприяння конкурентоспроможності та забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємств як основи відтворення їх економічного потенціалу.The aim of the article is to scientifically substantiate strategies for reproducing the economic potential of enterprises in the context of the development of European integration processes.The article investigates theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of the formation and implementation of strategies for reproducing the economic potential of enterprises in the context of modern European integration processes.The scientific approaches to determining the essence of economic potential are summarized and its interpretation as a dynamic open system capable of adaptation and qualitative transformation under the influence of integration changes is substantiated.It is established that theoretical and methodological approaches to determining the essence of economic potential have evolved from resource and production interpretation to systemic and competence approaches, within which its essence was considered as a dynamic open system formed under the influence of internal and external factors.The influence of European integration factors, in particular regulatory and legal harmonization, technological modernization and institutional transformations, on the formation and reproduction of the economic potential of Ukrainian enterprises is determined.Through analytical studies of the dynamics of the main macroeconomic indicators for the period 2015-2024 and correlation analysis, imbalances between the investment and innovation components of reproduction processes were identified.Modern strategies for the reproduction of the economic potential of enterprises (innovative, investment, resourceoptimization, integration) were considered, their advantages and limitations from the perspective of the development of European integration processes were identified.Practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of implementing a strategy to promote competitiveness and ensure sustainable development of enterprises as the basis for reproducing their economic potential are substantiated.
