ПОСИЛЕННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ЧЕРЕЗ ЦИФРОВУ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЮ

У статті досліджено сутність та структуру інноваційного потенціалу підприємства в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки.Обґрунтовано, що інноваційний потенціал є багатовимірним інтегративним утворенням, яке охоплює ресурси, управлінські компетенції, цифрові активи та здатність до зовнішньої кооперації.Особливу увагу приділено ролі цифрової модернізації, яка сприяє трансформації внутрішніх процесів, скороченню інноваційного циклу, підвищенню гнучкості управління та залученню зовнішніх знань.На основі аналізу наукових джерел запропоновано авторську модель інноваційного потенціалу, яка інтегрує чотири основні блоки та відображає сучасні виклики цифрової епохи.Визначено, що цифровізація не лише посилює інноваційну спроможність підприємств, а й вимагає розвитку нових управлінських стратегій, цифрових компетентностей і відкритості до партнерств.Отримані результати можуть бути використані для діагностики, стратегічного планування та підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств у цифровому середовищі.This article investigates the theoretical and practical aspects of enhancing the innovation potential of enterprises within the framework of ongoing digital transformation.Innovation potential is conceptualized as a complex and dynamic system encompassing internal resources, organizational capabilities, managerial competencies, digital technologies, and mechanisms of external integration.The study emphasizes that in the digital economy, innovation potential becomes a key driver of sustainable development, competitiveness, and resilience to environmental uncertainty.Special focus is placed on digital modernization, which is not merely technological renewal but a deep transformation of business logic, including decision-making, production, communication, and knowledge management.The research explores how modern technologies such as artificial intelligence, Big Data analytics, cloud infrastructure, the Internet of Things, and industrial automation directly impact the structure, speed, and efficiency of innovation processes.The article offers an original model that integrates four
