інноваційних компаніях для ефективного управління інтелектуальною власністю в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки.Зроблено акцент на змінах, які відбуваються в підходах до створення, захисту та комерціалізації інноваційної продукції у зв'язку із зростанням обсягів нематеріальних активів, швидким розвитком хмарних сервісів, великих даних, АІ-технології.Обгрунтовано, що цифрові інструменти забезпечують взаємозв'язок між управлінням інтелектуальними активами та інноваційною стратегією компанії.Особливу увагу приділено використанню систем електронного документообігу, блокчейн-технології, цифрових платформ, інструментів патентної аналітики та штучного інтелекту.Проаналізовано ключові проблеми цифрового управління інтелектуальною власністю.Окреслено необхідність запровадження в інноваційну діяльність компанії відповідних напрямів формування цифрової екосистеми, яка б створювала інтегровану інфраструктуру для забезпечення автоматизації ІР-процесів.The article raises the issue of using digital technologies in innovative companies for effective intellectual property management in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.Emphasis is placed on changes in approaches to the creation, protection and commercialisation of innovative products in connection with the growth in intangible assets, the rapid development of cloud services, big data and AI technology.It is reasonable to assume that digital tools provide integration, analytical support, automation of management processes, improve the processing of patent databases, reduce transaction costs, and promote the effective commercialisation of innovative developments, ensuring the interconnection between intellectual asset management and the company's innovation strategy.Particular attention is paid to the use of electronic document management systems, blockchain technology for confirming authorship and managing copyrights, digital platforms for technology transfer, patent analytics tools, and artificial intelligence in the process of managing the intellectual property portfolios of innovative companies.The key advantages of digital technologies for optimising the processes of accounting and monitoring intangible assets have been proven, which increases the accuracy of their registration and automates reporting.The key issues of digital intellectual property management related to financial resources and investment costs, the shortage of digital skills among staff, the level of digital culture in the company, cyber risks, and the lack of a clear digital IP strategy are analysed.The need to introduce into the company's innovative activities appropriate directions for the formation of a digital ecosystem that would create an integrated digital infrastructure to ensure the automation of IP processes based on the basic principles of creating such an ecosystem and close communication with intellectual property market participants: intellectual property rights owners, patent offices, market platforms for the commercialisation of innovations, which would contribute to the effective exchange of information and the improvement of companies' innovation activities.
