Abstract

Socio-educational intervention projects are an essential tool for developing policies on protection, inclusion, participation, and social transformation. However, there is limited coverage of these initiatives in indexed academic journals. This systematic review analyzes twelve articles on socio-educational projects published between 2020 and 2025 in academic journals in Spain and Latin America. The objective is to identify the areas of intervention, methodologies, SDGs, and evaluation strategies present in these projects published in indexed academic journals. The results highlight participatory and transformative methodologies linked to policies of inclusion and social equity. Process-oriented and reflective evaluations focused on institutional and professional learning predominate. The discussion highlights the convergence between methodological innovation and social commitment, raising the need for greater dissemination of social care practices in scientific journals and in the policies themselves designed by various government agencies.
