Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the issue of forming a management paradigm of the activities of local self-government bodies of Ukraine in the post-war restoration of territorial communities. It is argued that the activities of local self-government bodies of Ukraine in the postwar restoration of territorial communities play a decisive role, especially in resolving issues of competence-procedural support and ensuring profile processes, and that is why the issue of forming a management paradigm of their activities in the profile sphere is objectified. It is proved that the formation of a management paradigm in the activities of local governments in the field of post-war reconstruction is actualized and determined by the fact that they are the relevant indicators of post-war reconstruction, because they have a real opportunity to respond to unforeseen challenges in a timely manner, ensuring not only the restoration of destroyed facilities, the provision of services to the population, the creation of jobs for internally displaced persons, but also the attraction of investments, including foreign ones, as well as the beginning of work on the restoration (resuscitation, renovation, renewal, revitalization ets.) of territories in modern conditions of military confrontation with the aggressor. It is stated that the determining and important element and trigger in the process of post-war restoration of territorial communities is the organizational and organizational-legal support by local self-government bodies of the reconstruction and restoration of the economy and other critical infrastructure of the destroyed territories of the Territorial Defense of Ukraine -cities, towns and villages, since virtually the entire population of our country lives there.
