Influence Of Company Regulations And Discipline On Employee Performance at Cinta Quran Foundation
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of company regulations and employee discipline on performance at the Cinta Quran Foundation. The research employed an associative quantitative method with 30 respondents. The t-test results show that company regulations significantly affect employee performance, while discipline does not show a significant effect. However, based on the F-test, both variables simultaneously have a significant impact. This finding indicates that organizational policies contribute to work productivity.
