Abstract

Intro: Do you find yourself in bed all day or have wasted your day? While laying in bed can help you recharge from tiredness and burnout. It can also help with stress and anxiety, self-reflection, and improve your mood. But too much of it can lead to depression, worsening anxiety, doom scrolling, and doesn't solve all your problems, leaving you stuck in the same place. While I am laying in bed all day, I find it difficult to break the habit of laying all day and wasting away.I found it to be more full feeling when having a productive day, followed by laying in bed at the end of the day.You don't have to be an athlete or perfect to have self-motivation.This is for anyone who doesn't know what to do or when life is dragging you down.Any amount of movement is good movement, health is important.Self-motivation leads to self-improvement and strength. Here is a recipe to get you moving, motivated, and make laying in bed at the end of the day worth it, more than just laying in bed everyday. This recipe can help you feel energized and get to know yourself more.Plus, a fun recipe for chocolate-chip cookies comes with it on the side. Not only are you more motivated, you get cookies along with it!
