Concept and essence of new media
Abstract
This article is intended as an overview. It analyzes the emergence of the phenomenon of new media, the possibilities of implementing new media in the modern world, their functions, which are specified with the aim of further consideration of the connection and significance of new media for the creation of political discourse content and roles for specific participants in political discourse.
