KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS SOMAMBAWA NIAS SELATAN BERDASARKAN PENGARUH DISIPLIN DAN MOTIVASI

Purpose: This study focuses on determining the effect of discipline and motivation on the performance of Somambawa Health Center employees, Methods: The population in this study were all employees in the research object as many as 32 people. The data collection technique was thuman resourcesough distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale measurement scale. Data analysis technique: used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software Result and discussions: 1). Partially, discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 2) Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; and 3) Discipline and Motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Conclusion: It is hoped that this study can contribute to improving public health center employees thuman resourcesough employee control by maintaining work discipline and increasing employee motivation by increasing employee involvement in work including providing space for employees to provide suggestions and input for the advancement of employee performance.
