Panorama brasileiro das práticas pedagógicas e desafios da Educação Ambiental em um contexto de Unidades de Conservação
Abstract
This study analyzes pedagogical practices in environmental education developed within the context of Conservation Units in Brazil, focusing on the experiences carried out. The objective was to identify the most recurrent categories of pedagogical practices, the types of studies conducted, the geographic distribution by biome, and the challenges faced in implementing these practices. The research was based on a review of studies published between 2004 and 2024, retrieved through searches in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and the CAPES Journal Portal. The methodology involved a quantitative and qualitative documentary analysis using content analysis techniques, with the creation of thematic categories derived from the reading of the selected texts. Data was organized into graphs to facilitate the visualization of results. The analysis identified 12 categories of pedagogical practices. In addition, the distribution of practices across different Brazilian biomes was identified, highlighting inequalities and specific challenges, such as lack of resources, insufficient teacher training, and institutional resistance. It is concluded that, despite the diversity and innovation of practices, there are significant gaps in the implementation of environmental education within the context of Conservation Units.
