Abstract

Generalized pustular psoriasis is a severe inflammatory dermatosis characterized by sterile pustules and erythema. This case report documents the successful homoeopathic management of a case using Dulcamara. A 55-year-old female presented with generalized pustular eruptions, intense burning, and marked disproportionate pitting edema of the lower limbs. Remedy selection was based on the totality of symptoms, miasmatic consideration and individual susceptibility. Complete resolution of pustules and edema occurred within three months, highlighting the value of pathological concomitants in homoeopathic prescribing.
