Abstract

Ganglion cyst is a common benign swelling around wrist joints and may recur despite prior conservative care. This case report describes an adolescent female with a recurrent left wrist ganglion of two years’ duration, associated with academic stress and fear of surgical intervention. A classical homeopathic approach was applied using individualization, repertorization, and miasmatic prescribing. Progressive reduction in size was observed during 13 months of follow-up with remission by 12 months. This case reflects a clear transformation achieved at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic.
