Abstract

Chronic recurrent vaginitis poses a significant therapeutic challenge, particularly in patients with metabolic comorbidities such as diabetes mellitus. A 38-year-old female presented with persistent vulvovaginal itching, burning, and recurrent fungal infections for over two years, unresponsive to multiple courses of conventional treatment. The condition adversely affected her physical comfort, emotional well-being, and quality of life. A holistic classical homeopathic approach was adopted, emphasizing detailed case taking, individualization, and long-term follow-up. Progressive and sustained improvement was observed across local, general, and mental parameters, with significant enhancement in health-related quality of life. This case demonstrates a marked transformation achieved through individualized homeopathic management at Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic.
