Long-standing scalp psoriasis successfully managed with individualized classical homeopathy at Dr Batra’s® homeopathy clinic: A case report
Abstract
Scalp psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory dermatosis with frequent relapses and significant psychosocial impact. Conventional therapies often provide symptomatic relief without long-term remission. This case report presents a 27-year-old male with a three-year history of chronic scalp psoriasis, associated with severe pruritus, scaling, hair fall, and stress-related exacerbations. A detailed classical homeopathic assessment was undertaken, emphasizing mental-emotional evolution, physical generals, and characteristic skin expressions. Individualized constitutional and specific remedies were prescribed, supported by systematic follow-up. Over a treatment duration of 17 months, the patient achieved marked clinical improvement with sustained remission for 16 months, along with significant enhancement in quality of life and emotional well-being. This case demonstrates holistic transformation achieved through structured classical homeopathic management at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic.
