The following case study is done to show the power and authenticity of single dose of homoeopathic remedy in an acute case of Periorbital cellulitis. The usual protocol follows broad spectrum antibiotics which was not needed due to individualised remedy. This article reviews the causes, clinical manifestations, and conventional management of peri-septal cellulitis, and additionally describes a detailed homoeopathic case study of a 2-year-old male child who developed inflamed swelling around both eyes after cold air exposure. The case is assessed through repertorial totality, and individualized homoeopathic prescription.
