A study on the effectiveness of work-life balance of the employees at Radars Private Limited
Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of work-life balance strategies among employees of Radars Private Limited, a renowned digital marketing firm in Kochi, Kerala. Employees in the fast-paced advertising sector frequently have difficulty finding a balance between work and personal responsibilities due to rigorous deadlines and ongoing client interactions. The study is to examine how organizational policies, workload, flexibility, and workplace culture affect employees' capacity to maintain a healthy balance.Using a descriptive research approach and both primary and secondary data, 109 employees' responses were examined using percentage analysis, Chi-square, and One-Way ANOVA testing. The findings show that flexible working hours, supportive supervision, and proper leave regulations have a considerable impact on employee satisfaction and productivity. However, stress from a heavy schedule and a lack of personal time are ongoing difficulties. The study indicates that fostering a balanced work culture improves employee well-being, creativity, and long-term organizational success.
