Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a revolutionary business innovation, productivity, and decision-making driver. Nevertheless, it has significant ethical, social and governance issues because of its fast spread. The paper will discuss how the ethical and efficiency of organizations can be enhanced through responsible AI (RAI) frameworks, which focus on enhancing transparency, fairness, accountability, and human supervision. Based on the recent empirical and theoretical studies, the study synthesizes results of international AI ethics frameworks, management theory, and models of organizational behavior in creating a Responsible AI Integration Model (RAI-IM). The model demonstrates that the combination of the ethical governance systems, explainability procedures, and inclusive designs enhance the performance and the social trust of operations at the same time. It is seen in the analysis that the organizations that adopt RAI do not only reduce the risks of algorithmic bias and reputational risks but also enhance innovation, employee engagement, and stakeholder confidence. This study is significant to the management literature given that it places responsible AI as a two-sided lever, both because it improves efficiency and because it introduces morals to the digital transformation strategies.
