Abstract

The present study was undertaken to evaluate the suitability of selected six paddy varieties RNR 28361, RNR 29325, RNR 35008, RNR 35105, RNR 35131, and TELLA HAMSA developed by Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTAU), Hyderabad for flakes production, with a focus on optimizing processing parameters and understanding varietal behavior during transformation.
