The effect of compound exercises on lactic acid and LDH Enzyme and the development of dribbling and passing skills in under-19 football players
Abstract
This research aimed to develop compound exercises that target lactic acid and LDH enzyme levels and enhance dribbling and passing skills in under-19 football players. The research hypothesis is that there are statistically significant differences between the pre-test and post-test results for the experimental group in the research variables regarding the effect of compound exercises on lactic acid and LDH enzyme levels and the development of dribbling and passing skills. The dribbling and passing skills of under-19 football players. The researchers adopted a single-group experimental method with pre- and post-tests, as it was suitable for the research objectives. The research population consisted of young players from Baghdad clubs, and the research sample was randomly selected. The sample included (20) players, all from Al-Naft Club. Pre-tests were then administered to the sample, followed by the application of complex exercises for two months. Post-tests were then conducted, and the results were statistically analyzed. The researchers concluded that there was an improvement in the post-test results in dribbling and passing skills, as well as in the values of the lactic acid and LDH enzyme indicators. The researchers recommend conducting lactic acid and LDH tests after every intermediate training cycle or every two intermediate cycles to monitor the health status of football players. They also recommend providing appropriate exercises to eliminate lactic acid. The aim of the research was to develop complex exercises on lactic acid and the enzyme (LDH) and to develop the rolling and handling skills of under-19 football players. The research hypothesis was that the experimental group had an advantage in the effect of complex exercises on lactic acid and the enzyme LDH, and in the development of rolling and handling skills in under-19 football players. Regarding the research methodology, the researcher adopted the experimental method with a single group, including pre- and post-tests, due to its suitability for the research objectives. The research sample consisted of 20 players from one group, all members of the Baghdad Governorate national team. The conclusions showed an improvement in the post-test results (rolling and handling) and in the values of the indicators (lactic acid and LDH). Recommendations: The necessity of conducting lactic acid and LDH tests after every medium training session or every two medium sessions to monitor the health status of football players.
