Abstract

Through this research paper, we aim to show, how teachers' career focus, their mental health and status, with their job happiness are linked. We used data collected from 400 teachers. The study conducted statistical analysis to examine the associations between different factors and used regression models. The results revealed that career focus is closely and strongly linked to mental health (with a correlation of 0.68), career focus is also strongly linked to job happiness (0.72), and mental health is closely linked to job satisfaction (0.75). This research indicates that mental health (with a beta value of 0.42) and career focus (beta = 0.35) are the key factors that have the greatest impact on job satisfaction. These findings are useful for educational leaders, school management, or teacher support programs.
