Abstract

Tongue neuralgia is a rare and distressing pain disorder characterized by sudden, severe, paroxysmal pain episodes, often refractory to conventional management. This case report documents the successful homeopathic management of a chronic, recurrent case of tongue neuralgia with blistering lesions in a 62-year-old male, unresponsive to multiple prior treatments. A detailed classical homeopathic approach involving individualization, totality of symptoms, repertorization, constitutional analysis, and miasmatic evaluation was applied. Progressive and sustained improvement was observed over long-term follow-up, with marked reduction in pain intensity, frequency, and lesion formation, alongside overall improvement in quality of life. This case highlights a clear transformation achieved through individualized homeopathic care at Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic.
