Abstract

Geographic tongue is a benign yet distressing oral condition that often persists despite conventional symptomatic management, significantly affecting a patient’s comfort and social confidence. This paper presents a case of a 37‑year‑old male with a chronic white‑coated, map‑like tongue associated with recurrent acidity and gaseous distension, where previous measures failed to provide sustained relief. A classical homeopathic approach based on individualization, totality of symptoms, and miasmatic understanding was adopted. Over the course of treatment, the tongue lesions stabilized with no new patches, digestive symptoms reduced, and overall well‑being improved. This case highlights the role of holistic homeopathic management in chronic oral mucosal conditions, demonstrating a clear transformation at Dr Batra’s Homeopathy Clinic.
