Abstract

Chronic eczema is a relapsing inflammatory dermatosis that significantly affects quality of life, especially when aggravated by occupational chemical exposure. Conventional topical and systemic treatments often provide temporary relief with frequent relapses. This case study presents the holistic homeopathic management of a 34-year-old female with chronic occupational eczema involving the face and hands, refractory to repeated dermatological interventions. Despite exposure avoidance and emollient use, the patient experienced persistent burning, erythema, and skin thickening. A detailed constitutional homeopathic approach was adopted based on physical generals, mental characteristics, and totality of symptoms. Over the course of treatment, the patient showed sustained improvement with reduced flare intensity, faster recovery, and marked emotional confidence. This case highlights a clear clinical transformation achieved through individualized homeopathic care at Dr Batra’s® Homeopathy Clinic after failure of conventional management.
