Abstract
This study aims to analyze the quality of the Electronic KTP service innovation using the DeLone & Mc Lean method, specifically in Kapanewon Kalasan through six main dimensions: system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction, and net benefits. The focus of the discussion is directed at how the six aspects are implemented by the Kapanewon Kalasan Government in serving students. The method used in this study is a qualitative method through in-depth interviews with students and officers and field observations. Then, documentation and documents owned by Kapanewon Kalasan were analyzed using relevant literature. The Student Electronic KTP service innovation is an effort by the Kapanewon Kalasan government to improve ease of access and effectiveness of population administration services for students. The results of the study indicate that the quality of the Student Electronic KTP service innovation is generally in the good category. The system quality dimension is considered effective in accelerating the recording process and simplifying the service flow, although improvements in performance consistency and system integration are still needed. The quality of information is clear and easy to understand. Service quality shows responsive and professional officer performance and adequate facilities. The usage dimension shows a high level of service utilization, supported by easy access through schools. User satisfaction is high, and net benefits include increased ownership of official student IDs and contributions to population data accuracy. Overall, the Student Electronic ID Card (KTP) service innovation in Kalasan Sub-district can be said to be effective according to the use element in the DeLone & McLean method. However, several aspects still need to be optimized to ensure service sustainability and equitable distribution of benefits to all students. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of apparatus, utilizing information technology, and increasing public participation as strategies to realize an accountable, transparent, and responsive sub-district government.
