On the ratification by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court
Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of ratification by the Kyrgyz Republic of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court related to armed border conflict, concludes that the development of Kyrgyzstan's international legal policy in the field of ratification of the ICC statute should continue in conjunction with membership and coordination of activities within such regional international organizations as the SCO and CSTO.
