MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN SOSIAL EMOSIONAL MELALUI KEGIATAN MERONCE

The purpose of this study was to improve children's social-emotional activities in group B aged 5-6 years. This research is a class action research (CAR). The research was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The source of this research was 10 Kindergarten B students. The data source came from teachers and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, research instruments, and documentation.The results of the study show that through the application of children's social emotional through meronce activities from pre-cycle to cycle I to cycle II, the process of pre-cycle social emotional ability is still low. The increase occurred in the first cycle of students' social emotional abilities increased even though not optimal. Implementation of cycle II increased social emotional ability to be high so that it can support quality learning.
