Wide-Band White-Light Emission of CaWO4:Eu3+/g-C3N4 Composite Phosphor Under Near-Ultraviolet Excitation
Abstract
CaWO4:Eu3+/g-C3N4 composite phosphors were prepared by traditional high temperature solid phase method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV-visible diffuse reflection spectroscopy. The fluorescence spectra and variable temperature fluorescence spectra of the materials were measured. The experimental results show that the composite phosphor exhibited a tunable emission from red light to blue light when it was excited by near ultraviolet light at 380 nm. The emission spectrum could be changed by changing the doping ratio of g-C3N4, and white emitting fluorescent materials could be obtained under a specific doping ratio. In addition, the addition of g-C3N4 not only improves the fluorescence intensity, but also significantly improves the thermal stability of the material.
