Problems of professional burnout among higher education teachers in the modern educational environment
Abstract
The authors conducted a review of the professional burnout of higher education teachers in the modern educational environment. It has been found that professional burnout is one of the most pressing psychological phenomena in modern teaching, which has a significant impact on the health and performance of higher education faculty.
