Strengthening confidence-building measures between social partners in the social and labor sphere of the Russian Federation at the present stage
Abstract
The primary objective of this study was to analyze evolutionary changes in the forms and methods of workers' (trade unions') struggle for their rights in the context of the social and labor sphere's constant adaptation to changing internal and external factors, the nature of the behavior and focus of actions of social partners and government bodies in labor conflict situations, and the ability of all parties in labor relations to change their approaches to building an effective system of social partnership in response to historical challenges.
