Psychology of organizational behavior in an educational institution
Abstract
This article examines the phenomenon of organizational behavior in educational institutions in modern Kyrgyzstan. It analyzes the essence of organizational behavior and the key elements of its mechanism. Particular attention is paid to the role of organizational behavior in improving people's effectiveness within an organization and ensuring the social stability of the institution.
