Improving Business Processes with the Impact of the Digital Economy: Experiences in Integrating IT Solutions in the Restaurant Industry

This article analyzes the practical experience of digital transformation in the restaurant industry using the example of London Restaurant Group, one of the largest catering chains in southern Russia, and its technology partner, ItFox. The potential of using custom IT solutions to increase transparency, automate control, and reduce costs is revealed. The presented experience demonstrates the potential of a replicable digitalization model relevant to industries with high operational complexity.
