Occupational Health and Safety: Risks and Innovations for 2025–2026

This article examines key changes to Russian Federation occupational health and safety legislation planned for 2025–2026. Particular attention is paid to the prevention of occupational injuries, the development of a safety culture, and the implementation of digital technologies in the occupational health and safety system. An analysis of a risk-based approach to improving the performance of occupational health and safety (OH&S) services is presented, along with practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of these services at enterprises in various industries.
