Development of a Quality Management System for a Testing Laboratory

This article presents the results of developing a quality management system for a testing laboratory based on a process approach and digital modeling in the Business Studio environment. Key processes of the top-level testing laboratory are defined and modeled using IDEF0 notation. The «Product Testing» process is decomposed using BPMN notation, and process events and checkpoints are defined. The proposed model will improve the transparency of testing laboratory management and ensure a systems and process approach in accordance with the requirements of international standards GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2019.
