OZNA's Success Story: Digital Transformation Experience

This article examines the digitalization of design and engineering preparation processes through the implementation of a Unified Design Platform based on the Russian software Appius-PLM Product Lifecycle Management. The article describes the project's launch prerequisites, selection criteria, key stages, and achieved results: automation of routine operations, integration of departments into a single information space, increased productivity, design accuracy, and reduced manufacturing lead times. The importance of the transition from paper-based to digital tools, as well as changes in corporate culture, is emphasized. The article presents the technological, organizational, and economic benefits of implementing the platform as part of OZNA-Engineering's digitalization program.
