Motivational strategy of an enterprise as a key element of effective management
Abstract
In today’s dynamic business world, an enterprise’s success directly depends on its ability not only to attract and retain talented employees, but also to maximize their potential. In this context, the motivational strategy of an enterprise acts not just as a set of disparate measures, but as a fundamental element of effective management that determines the productivity, loyalty and, ultimately, the competitiveness of the company. The article presents the concept, goals and principles of motivational management strategy. The salary structure of the employees of the operating enterprise has been studied and the main problems have been identified. The impact of individual factors on the salary level of the company’s employees has been assessed. A model has been developed for the material and non-material incentives of employees for the enterprise.
