Modification of the Cobb-Douglas production function for the digital adaptive ecosystem of an enterprise in the context of industry 4.0
Abstract
The article explores the possibilities of developing economic analysis tools for industrial enterprises in the context of Industry 4.0. The purpose of the work is to theoretically substantiate and methodically adapt the Cobb-Douglas production function for management tasks within the framework of the enterprise’s digital adaptive ecosystem. The main scientific result is the parameterization of key management concepts through modification of the classical model. A system of interrelated indicators has been developed, integrated into the proposed economic model, which makes it possible to formalize adaptive management processes and quantify the effectiveness of the digital transformation of the production system. The applicant has proposed a model that creates a basis for quantifying management decisions in the context of digital transformation. The scientific novelty lies in the proposed approach to quantifying and integrating these management paradigms into a single model reflecting the synergetic effect of digital transformation. The practical significance lies in the fact that the model serves as a tool for generating measurable indicators and analyzing scenarios for the development of an industrial enterprise.
