Labor standards and remuneration: how to ensure the interaction of labor and capital in the interests of employees
Abstract
This article examines the requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation for the current system of labor standards and remuneration in manufacturing, reveals their substantive characteristics, and the main ways to improve them. Recommendations are provided for the scientific substantiation of equal-intensity work standards and the achievement of high remuneration for their implementation at enterprises.
